WOHD with Bishan parkrun happened on 22 March 2025!

We had 20 who signed up, and over 80 who completed the 5km route that day!

Many thanks to MBD Marketing, who provided Oral Seven samples, and also Hydralyte powder to keep our runners hydrated. Kudos to the parkrun team and volunteers for creating a splashing morning!

Our ability to cover huge distance by foot, and eat a incomprehensible variety of diets by mouth, are two common factors that enabled humanity’s global success.

We celebrated WOHD with Bishan parkrun, as parkrun is one of the most inclusive, communal, and environmental running events in the world. Hurray for inclusive health!
